All you need is 6 simple everyday ingredients and a food processor to throw these easy no-bake energy bites together. The hardest part will be trying to stop yourself from eating the whole batch! These chocolate coconut bliss balls are vegan and gluten-free, and they freeze incredibly well. Not that I imagine they’ll last long enough to make it into the freezer!

Healthy Chocolate Hit Quick and Easy Great for Kids and Adults Alike
INGREDIENTS
These bliss balls are made with all natural ingredients you can feel good about. If you’re trying to cut down your sugar, feel free to leave out the chocolate chips. Here’s what you’ll need to make these at home (full measurements listed in the printable recipe card below)…
Medjool Dates Almonds Desiccated Coconut / Finely Shredded Coconut (Unsweetened) Cocoa Powder Vanilla Chocolate Chips - Milk or Dark
HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE COCONUT BLISS BALLS
Pour almonds into a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
Throw the rest of the ingredients into the food processor and blitz until the mixture is well combined. If your find the mixture isn’t sticking together, add 1-2 tablespoon of water in and blitz again.
Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture into your hand and roll into a ball. Pour some coconut onto a plate and roll the ball over the coconut to coat the outside. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Store energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge for a week, or the freezer for up to 3 months.
TOP TIPS
Don’t pulse the almonds for too long at the beginning or you’ll make almond butter. Just pulse them enough that they’re roughly chopped. Your mixture is ready when it holds together on its own without falling apart. If yours is having trouble sticking, gradually add a tablespoon or two of water while it’s being blitzed in the food processor. Feel free to omit the handful of chocolate chips if you’re wanting to keep these refined sugar free. But if it’s all the same to you, keep them. It’s a negligible amount of chocolate and absolutely delicious.
