Every time we visit our favorite local Mexican restaurant, I’m forced to choose between black beans and pinto beans. Part of why I have a hard time picking is that I’m wondering if black beans or pinto beans are healthier. In writing this recipe, I decided to actually look it up! Here’s what I found:
