🥘 INGREDIENTS
Here’s what you’ll need to make this halloumi pizza (full measurements listed in the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post)…
Pizza Base - use store-bought or make your own. I love using two ingredient dough as a quick and easy pizza base. Tomato PasteBaby SpinachTomatoes or Cherry TomatoesKalamata OlivesMozzarella Cheese Halloumi Cheese
🍴 INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200C / 390F and line two baking trays with baking paper. Place a pizza base on each tray, then spread tomato paste across the pizza bases.
Add chopped spinach, then sprinkle the mozzarella over the top.
Now add tomatoes, olives and halloumi on top.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the base is crisp and the cheese is golden. Cut each pizza into even slices and serve hot.
Alternatively you can make these pizzas in the air fryer on 180C / 350F for 10-15 minutes.
